ORDERING

  • How will I know if my order has been placed?

    Once your order is completed, you will receive a confirmation to the email address you provided. You may also view your order status by logging into your account via MY ACCOUNT at the top of the page.

  • Can I track, change, or cancel my order?

    Once your order is complete, you may track the progress by logging into your account. You may only cancel the order before it has shipped. Once the order has been shipped from our facility, no changes or cancellations may be completed.   • What size do I need to order?

PAYMENTS

  • How can I pay for my purchase?

    At this time, we accept the following major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

    PayPal is accepted with the express understanding that the amount of the payment will be allocated to the card at the time of purchase. However, the payment will not fully occur until shipping occurs.

    Debit Cards may be used, the payment amount will be deducted from your account once the order has shipped.

    Gift Cards may be used online, simply enter your information on the billing page.

    At this time, no other payment options may be made.

SHIPPING, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • What is the shipping policy?

  • What is the process to return or exchange an item?

    Returns and/or exchanges can made within 30 days of purchase for unworn items. Engraved or customized items, as well as final sale items, cannot be exchanged or returned.
    In order to return or exchange an item you must use the Returns & Exchanges page on the back of your original order receipt or print a new one. Include the item, form, and original receipt in the package using the prepaid postage label that was included in your order.

  • Can you ship internationally?

    At this time, we will only ship within the United States.

SIZING/ALTERATIONS & REPAIRS

  • Can I resize my order?

    Morgan Grant will alter or customize your order for a minimal fee. Any alterations are made by our artisans and may take 2-4 weeks to complete. More complex alterations may require additional time.

  • How do I know what the alterations will cost?

    Costs will vary, please see our Pricing Guidelines for more information.

  • How do I send my item in for alterations?

    You will need to complete the SERVICE REQUEST FORM. Be sure in insure your package when shipping to the Morgan Grant shipping department. After your item and request have been evaluated, you will be contacted with a more accurate estimate before repairs are completed.
